退款政策

1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee At Charming Tattoo Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your happiness with every purchase.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with a subject line of "Return" or "Exchange." Include your name and order number in the email body. The order number can be found in the initial email receipt we sent you.

3. Return Eligibility Items are eligible for return if they are received by us within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. They must be in new, original condition with all original packaging intact.

4. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee We do not reimburse the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items to cover processing costs.

5. Exchange Process For exchanges, once we receive and process your returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase, and you will need to place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed.

7. Lost or Misdirected Packages We are not responsible for lost or misdirected return packages. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities.

8. Exclusions Our return policy does not apply to sales and promotional items, which are non-refundable.

10. Store Credit If a direct exchange is not possible due to inventory changes, we will process your return as store credit. The store credit will be issued as a gift certificate, valid for one year from the date of issuance.

11. Dispute Resolution If you believe there has been an error in the return or refund process, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the return shipment. We will investigate and work to resolve any disputes promptly.
