2. Initiating a Return or Exchange If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with a subject line of "Return" or "Exchange." Include your name and order number in the email body. The order number can be found in the initial email receipt we sent you.
3. Return Eligibility Items are eligible for return if they are received by us within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. They must be in new, original condition with all original packaging intact.
4. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee We do not reimburse the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items to cover processing costs.
5. Exchange Process For exchanges, once we receive and process your returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase, and you will need to place a new order for the desired item.
