## Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification from us, which includes the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status via DHL.

## Shipping Cost

All shipping costs, inclusive of the administration fee, are calculated automatically based on the product's weight during the checkout procedures. Kindly review your order summary meticulously before finalizing the payment.

## Delivery Times

Your orders are typically processed within 3 business days after your payment has been successfully completed and approved.

*Note: The delivery times are based on the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day following the shipment of your order.*

Please account for additional processing time during public holidays and peak periods. Delays might occasionally arise due to pending payment authorizations.

Should you not receive a tracking confirmation within 3-7 business days post-payment, do reach out to our customer service for further assistance.

## Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries

For orders still in our possession, shipping addresses can be amended. However, for those already dispatched, any request for rerouting will incur an additional fee. We urge you to be accurate when providing your shipping address.

For any failed deliveries, be it from incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of package acceptance, Charmingtattoo is not liable for the returned shipping costs. Customers will also bear the shipping costs for any reshipped orders. If an order is refused and a refund requested, under no circumstances will the order amount be reimbursed.
